Melania’s Meaness

Ladies – Why is the FLOTUS so mean…?

Sure. We’ve all become accustomed to Melania’s scowl.  Melania often looks unhappy or mad.   Many people think Melania wears a scowl because she’s trapped in a miserable marriage with The Donald, and they feel sorry for her.

But, over this last week or so, what has come out is that Melania is just straight up mean.

In spite of her #BeBest campaign, which promotes the well-being of youth and advocates against cyberbulling, this past week Melania’s spokeswoman tweeted that Melania thinks her husband has every right to mock the 16-year old climate change activist Greta Thornberg who is on the autism spectrum (like their son Barron?) By the way, The Donald made fun of Greta because she – not he – was on the cover of Time magazine.

What’s up with that?

Who does that?

What former First Lady of the U.S. has been so spiteful? What former FLOTUS has come out and attacked childreb who are trying to make the world a better place? None that I can recall.

Incredulously, just the week before, Melania went ballistic on Twitter because an Impeachment witness and Stanford law professor brought up her son Barron as an example of how the President cannot behave like a King. Melania tweeted, “A minor child deserves privacy and should be kept out of politics. Pamela Karlan, you should be ashamed of your very angry and obviously biased public pandering, and using a child to do it.”

Listen to that tone.  Really?  From a FLOTUS?

But, if we had all been paying attention since the Trumps snuck into the White House, we would have heard Melania tell us herself that she is mean.  When James Comey’s book came out, Melania lamented the contents were “disappointingly mild. ” According to The New Yorker Melania said the book isn’t as mean as the one she’s going to write. Melania declared, “Clearly, he was trying very hard to be nasty, and he deserves credit for effort,” she said. “But I will show him how it is done.”
